St. Louis, Mo., April 9, 2014 – The No. 2-ranked Washington University in St. Louis men's tennis team continued its impressive singles play with an 8-1 win at NCAA Division II University of Missouri-St. Louis Wednesday afternoon in St. Louis.
Washington U. has posted sweeps in singles in its last two matches, and is 67-27 (.720) in singles this season in 16 dual matches.
Washington U. (14-2) continues its four-match road swing with three matches this weekend in Chicago. The Bears take on No. 8 Case Western Reserve University Saturday, April 12, at 10 a.m., followed by matches Sunday, April 13, with No. 30 University of Chicago at 9 a.m. and Coe College at 2 p.m.
