Goalkeeping and Goal Scoring Camp

Goalkeeping and Goal Scoring Camp One week half-day camp for boys and girls, ages 8-18 of all skill levels, July 7-11.

Hours: 9 a.m. - 12:15 p.m. (no extended care available)
Fees: $145
Contact:  Joe Clarke and staff, (314) 935-5174

Players are now grouped by age and ability with a station approach where we work on keeper fundamentals. For parts of some mornings you will work as a keeper with a goal scoring camp group and live shots, crosses, breakaways and game action.

Full session fees, per child, are due at time of enrollment. We can keep friends together unless they are far apart in age or if they are different genders.

Registration and Payment

Refund Policy
Refunds are provided when written cancellation notice is received two weeks prior to the session's start date. There is a $35 administration fee assessed. Cancellations with less than two weeks written notice are refunded 50% of the camp enrollment fee.

If your child suffers from a camp-ending injury, you will receive a pro rata refund up to a maximum of 75% of the tuition.

Location and Facilities

Specialty camps are held at Washington University's Francis Field, in the Athletic Complex.

In case of rain, we will adjust our schedule and use available space in the athletic center and classrooms. Please know we will play through rain, unless it is pouring, but not lightning.

Drop off and Pick up
Drop off is from 8:15 - 9 a.m. Pick up is at 12:15 p.m. The specific drop off and pick up location is based on what construction or maintenance might be occurring on campus. We will have signs pointing you to the designated areas.

Generally, drop off and pick up will take place in front of the Athletic Center. The entrance to the drop off area is off of Forsyth Avenue, between Big Bend and Skinker. The north-bound turn is immediately east of Francis Field. After you turn in, go past Francis Field on your left and then turn to your left again and go to the end of the lot.

What to Wear and What to Bring

It is strongly suggested that campers arrive daily with sunscreen applied and with extra sunscreen available for the remainder of the day. Wear light colored shirts and cover shoulders and heads. Please put your name on all your belongings.

• soccer ball (bring your own or purchase a camp ball for $25)
• soccer shoes
• sunscreen
• change for the snack machine
• flip-flops for the locker room
• all day campers must bring their lunch (refrigeration is not available)
• campers 6-8 should bring a swim suit and towel

Joe Clarke's staff of college and high school coaches and college players are trained to work with kids. Certified lifeguards will be present at swimming activities.

Please ensure your child is covered under your medical insurance. The camp does not provide medical insurance for your child.
