Vincent Novicki comes to Washington University after having served as the sports information intern at Seton Hall University during the 2005-06 academic year.
Novicki's responsibilities will include handling all publicity for baseball, cross country, men's soccer, swimming and diving, track and field, volleyball, women's basketball and women's tennis.
During his time at SHU, Novicki served as the primary contact for cross country, men's golf, volleyball and women's tennis. He also served as the secondary media contact for the softball and women's basketball programs.
Novicki, a native of Raleigh, N.C., graduated from Seton Hall University in May 2005 with a bachelor's degree in sport management. While at Seton Hall, Novicki spent four years on the staff of the school's student newspaper, "The Setonian," serving one year as the assistant sports editor and two years as the sports editor.
Novicki, 24, is a member of College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA). |
