Cross Country Teams Finish Second at Gabby Reuveni Early Bird

St. Louis, Mo., Sept. 5, 2015 – The Washington University in St. Louis men's and women's cross country teams each had three runners finish in the top 10 individually to lead the teams to runner-up finishes at the Gabby Reuveni Early Bird meet in Forest Park Saturday morning.

The WashU men had three runners place in the top five of the race to score 39 points, finishing second in the team standings behind NCAA Division I Southeast Missouri State University, who finished with 30 points. In the women's race, WashU had three runners place in the top 10 overall, but was edged by just four points (44-40) by Southeast Missouri State for the team title.
