#5 - Men’s Cross Country Finishes Fourth at NCAA Championship

St. Louis, Mo., July 17, 2014 – The Washington University in St. Louis men's cross country team posted the highest national finish of any Washington University program in 2013-14, finishing in the top-five for the third year in a row at the 2013 NCAA Division III Cross Country Championships held Nov. 23 at Hanover, Ind. It also marked the fifth consecutive top-10 finish for the program.

Senior Kevin Sparks and junior Drew Padgett highlighted the day for the Bears, earning All-America honors by placing 18th and 25th, respectively. It was just the second time in school history that the Washington University men had multiple All-Americans in the same season.
