No. 11 WashU Drops Opening Match at ITA Indoors

Chattanooga, Tenn., March 2, 2018 – The No. 11-ranked Washington University in St. Louis women's tennis team suffered an 8-1 loss to No. 10 Carnegie Mellon in the opening round of the 2018 ITA National Division III Team Indoor Championships Friday morning in Chattanooga, Tenn.

Carnegie Mellon won its fourth-straight match to improve 9-1, while WashU suffered its first loss of the season and fell to 2-1.
