No. 11 WashU Falls to No. 8 Wesleyan (Conn.)

Claremont, Calif., March 15, 2017 – The No. 11-ranked Washington University in St. Louis women's tennis team had its two-match winning streak snapped with a 7-2 loss to No. 8 Wesleyan University (Conn.) Wednesday in Claremont, Calif.

Wesleyan remained undefeated at 2-0, while WashU dropped its record to 5-5. The Bears have played seven of their last eight matches against ranked teams, including five in the top-10.
