No. 10 Women's Tennis Tops No. 11 DePauw 7-2 to Win Midwest Invite Championship

Madison, Wis., April 5, 2014 – The No. 10-ranked Washington University in St. Louis women's tennis team swept doubles for the seventh time this season en route to a 7-2 victory over No. 11 DePauw University as the Bears won the Midwest Invitational Championship Saturday.

In the third meeting of the season between Washington U. and DePauw, the Bears improved to 2-1 against the Tigers. Saturday's win pushed Washington U.'s win streak to 16 matches and helped the Bears improve to 5-3 against ranked teams this season.
