Theresa Kaiser enters her second season as a part-time assistant coach for the Washington University in St. Louis women's soccer program in 2017.
WashU won the 2016 NCAA Division III National Championship in Kaiser's first season. The Bears recorded a 19-2-3 overall record, the second most wins in school history, and won the University Athletic Association (UAA) championship for the fourth time in the last five years.
Kaiser started all 83 games in her four-year career at McKendree University, helping lead the Bearcats to a 65-12-8 record. She scored 16 goals and had 19 assists for 51 career points. Kaiser was a three-time all-conference selection honoree, picking up first-team nods in 2009 and 2010, and also earned NAIA Honorable-Mention All-America honors in 2009.
Kaiser played four years of high school soccer at Ursuline Academy in St. Louis, helping lead them to a runner-up finish at the state tournament as a freshman.
She graduated from McKendree in 2010 with a bachelor's degree in education.
