Bush and Kroot Named to UAA All-Tournament Team

UAA ALL-TOURNAMENT TEAM

St. Louis, Mo., April 27, 2017 — The Washington University in St. Louis men's tennis team had two student-athletes named to the 2017 University Athletic Association (UAA) Championship All-Tournament Team, as announced Thursday by the Association.

Senior Jeremy Bush and freshman J.J. Kroot were named to the 12-person team at No. 2 Doubles. Aman Manji of Emory University earned Most Valuable Player honors.

Bush and Kroot posted a 2-1 record at No. 2 doubles, recording wins over No. 34 Brandeis University (8-3) and the sixth-ranked team from No. 5 University of Chicago (8-3). The duo has a 13-8 record at No. 2 doubles this season.

WashU posted a 2-1 record at the 2017 UAA Championship Tournament to finish in second place. The Bears have a 15-4 overall record and are ranked No. 6 in NCAA Division III.
