Bush and Putterman Fall in Quarterfinals of NCAA Doubles Draw

Mason, Ohio, May 22, 2015 – Washington University in St. Louis sophomore Jeremy Bush and senior Ross Putterman suffered a three-set defeat in the quarterfinals of the 2015 NCAA Division III Doubles Championship Friday in Mason, Ohio.

Bush and Putterman had its season come to an end with a 6-7, 7-6, 6-2 loss to Palmer Campbell and Peter Heidrich of national runner-up Middlebury College. The duo ends its season with an 18-14 record.

Putterman ends his career as a four-time All-American in doubles. He ranks eighth in WashU history with 154 overall career victories. Putterman's 88 doubles wins is seventh in school history, while his 66 singles victories is ninth. He earned All-University Athletic Association (UAA) honors six times in his career, four times in doubles and twice in singles.
