Meghann Feely begins her first year as the Assistant Director of Fitness and Wellness at Washington University in St. Louis.
Feely replaces Kristin Obert, who will be leaving the University at the end of October. Feely began work at WashU on Sept. 29.
Feely will be responsible for all aspects of our recreational fitness and wellness services including group exercise, personal training and strength & conditioning. She will also help develop fitness and wellness special events that engage students, staff and faculty. In addition, Feely will administer macro-level aspects of student employment program, which includes the recruiting, hiring, and developing of approximately 150 student staff.
She has been a St. Louis resident for the past four years, having most recently worked as the Fitness Director at the Jewish Community Center following a similar role with Sante' at the Chase Park Plaza.
Feely has a degree from Bismarck State College.
