#4 - WashU Wins 8 UAA Titles

St. Louis, Mo., July 23, 2019 – Washington University in St. Louis won a combined eight University Athletic Association (UAA) titles in the 2018-19 school year.

The Bears posted a combined UAA record of 46-26-2 (.635), and had six teams finish the 2018-19 year with a winning percentage of .500 or better in conference play.

The Bears' UAA Champion teams from 2018-19 include: men's cross country, women's cross country and women's soccer from the fall; women's basketball and women's indoor track & field from the winter; baseball, men's outdoor track & field and women's outdoor track & field from the spring.

The WashU women's cross country team earned the UAA Championship for the fifth-straight season, while women's soccer and women's outdoor track and field have captured four-straight conference titles. In addition, men's cross country and men's outdoor track and field have won back-to-back titles.
