Men’s and Women’s Tennis Earns National Rankings


St. Louis, Mo., June 8, 2019 – The Washington University in St. Louis men's and women's tennis teams each earned top-20 rankings in the final Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) Division III rankings, as announced Saturday by the Association.

The men's team (19-8) earned a No. 9 ranking after making its 13th-consecutive NCAA quarterfinal appearance, while the women's team (12-12) ended the season ranked No. 20 in NCAA Division III.

In addition, the ITA announced its 2019 NCAA Division III All-American singles and doubles teams. 

Senior Konrad Kozlowski and junior Bernardo Neves earned the honor after a semifinal appearance in doubles and is ranked No. 7.

Neves and sophomore Ethan Hillis picked up All-America honors in singles. Neves advanced to the semifinals and is ranked No. 12, while Hillis made it to the quarterfinals and is No. 6.
