WU XC Lands Six on USTFCCCA All-Academic Teams
The Washington University men’s and women’s cross country teams combined to have six student-athletes named to the 2008 U.S. Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) All-Academic Team, and both the men’s and women’s teams earned an All-Academic Team distinction, as announced by the USTFCCA.
Women's Cross Country Takes 12th at NCAA Champs
Sophomore Taryn Surtees led the Washington University women’s cross country team to a 12th-place finish at the 2008 NCAA Division III Championships in Hanover, Ind., on Saturday morning. Surtees placed 30th overall, earning All-America honors for the first time in her career.

Women's XC Earns At-Large Berth Into NCAA Meet
The No. 9 Washington University women’s cross country team received an at-large berth into the 2008 NCAA Division III Championship meet, as announced by the NCAA Men’s and Women’s Track and Field committee on Sunday. The NCAA Championship will be held Saturday, Nov. 22.
