INFORMATION FOR PROSPECTIVE MEMBERS
• 2008-09 Alphabetical Roster

• The cheerleaders at Washington University in St. Louis are a
non-varsity, recognized student group on campus. The squad is co-ed and open to any Washington University student. The squad has been featured on television on the CBS Early Show and Great Day St. Louis. The squad has also been featured on MTV.com.

• Our main objective is to provide spirit and support for the athletic
teams at Washington University in St. Louis, most specifically to the
football team and the men's and women's basketball teams.

• The time commitment and requirements include cheering for all home football and men's and women's home basketball games, as well as potential post-season games whether home or away. Practice time ranges from four-seven hours a week. Other appearances and duties are left to the discretion of the coach.

• Open gyms for those interested in learning more about the team and preparing for tryouts will be held each Spring before tryouts. Fall tryouts for incoming freshman and transfer students are held in September.
