No. 11 Washington U. Women's Tennis Downs No. 20 Brandeis, 5-4, at UAA Championship
Altamonte Springs, Fla., April 27, 2012 - The No. 11-ranked Washington University in St. Louis women's tennis team swept all three doubles matches, then held on for a 5-4 win over No. 20-ranked Brandeis University in the quarterfinal round of the 2012 University Athletic Association (UAA) Championship on Friday afternoon.
After sweeping doubles, sophomores Betsy Edershile and Corinne Rauck won at No. 5 and No. 6 singles, respectively, to seal the win for the Bears.
