Washington University Women's Tennis Falls to No. 12 Bowdoin
Palm Springs, Calif., March 13, 2012 - The No. 14 Washington University in St. Louis women's tennis team had its four-match winning streak come to an end with a 6-3 loss to No. 12 Bowdoin College on Tuesday afternoon.
Washington U. (6-3) trailed 2-1 after doubles, and was unable to overcome the deficit in singles. Bowdoin (2-2) earned wins at No. 2 and No. 3 singles after losing the first set in both matches.
