Twitter Time With Junior Guard Jessy Rosen
JESSY ROSEN - BIO
Q. What is your Twitter handle and how did you come up with it?
A. @JwR0te. It combines my nickname 'JRO' with 'wrote'. I thought I was witty in high school.
Q. How often do you check Twitter?
A. It definitely depends on what's going on in the world, but I'd say an average of a couple times a day.
Q. What would you say is your average number of Tweets?
A. Probably one a day, maybe more if I'm feeling particularly inspired...
Q. Which of your teammates has the best Tweets and why?
A. Lucy Montgomery (@lucegoose14) tweets gems and Jordan Thompson (@HI_JORDISHA) is successfully coming out of a Twitter slump, so it's always good to see their names pop up.
Q. The people I follow in basketball are…
A. Mostly NBA players- Kevin Durant (@KDTrey5), Chris Paul (@CP3) Dwight Howard (@DwightHoward), etc. and commentators/journalists like Bill Simmons (@billsimmons) and Stephen A Smith (@stephenasmith), etc.
Q. Someone who you wouldn't think I follow is…
A. Darrin 'FAWkD' (@Tpflightfaulk) from Ursa's.
Q. The people whose tweets you can't miss…
A. You can't miss WUSTL WBB Alum Bri Monahan (@brezuschrist)'s tweets. She puts the wit in Twitter.
Q. I wish_____was on Twitter.
A. Teammate Alexandra Keane.
Q. What Washington U. coach do you wish was on Twitter?
A. I wish athletic trainer Jim Anderson were on Twitter because I think the world needs to hear what he has to say. He's not technically a coach, but he does have a Superbowl ring...
Q. Describe your Twitter followers.
A. My friends so...cool, popular, beautiful, fun, etc.
