Kyle O’Leary Named Men’s and Women’s Tennis Coach at Fontbonne

St. Louis, Mo., September 1, 2012 – Fontbonne University announced on Friday that former Washington University in St. Louis assistant men’s tennis coach Kyle O’Leary was named its new head men’s and women’s tennis coach.

O’Leary, who spent one season with the Red and Green serving under head coach Roger Follmer, also serves as a tennis professional at both the Bellerive Country Club and Frontenac Racquet Club. He played four seasons of collegiate tennis – one at University of Hartford and three at Duquesne University. A three-year starter and two-year captain at Duquesne, he recorded 69 career victories for the Dukes.

O’Leary was a four-time state qualifier and district champion at Lindbergh High School, and was a state finalist in doubles as a senior. He graduated from Duquesne in 2011 with a bachelor’s degree in sports marketing.
