No. 10 Men’s Tennis Drops Pair of Matches at Stag-Hen Invitational

Claremont, Calif., March 16, 2012 – The No. 10 ranked Washington University in St. Louis men’s tennis team ended its Spring Break trip with a pair of losses on Friday at the Stag-Hen Invitational held at Claremont-Mudd-Scripps College in Claremont, Calif.

The Bears were upset by No. 14 Bowdoin College 6-3 in the opening match, before suffering a hard-fought 5-4 loss to No. 4 John Hopkins University in the nightcap. Washington U. concluded its week-long Spring Break trip with a 2-3 record, with all three losses coming to top-15 opponents.
