Washington University Fan Bus to the 2011 Women's Final Four

St. Louis, Mo., March 14, 2011 – The Washington University women's basketball team is heading to the NCAA Division III Final Four this Friday-Saturday, March 18-19, and Washington University is sending a student fan bus to the championship in Bloomington, Ill.

If you are interested in going on this trip you must bring $20 (deposit you will get it back when you board the bus) to the Residential Life Center (8:30am-5pm) in the South Forty House on the South 40 by Wednesday, March 16, at Noon, or if you are not on campus this week, e-mail either Pat Nichols at pnichols@wustl.edu or Lora Clark at lora.e.clark@wustl.edu of your intent to go. If you do not show up on the bus, $20 will be removed from your student account.

The bus will be leaving at the gates of Francis Field on Friday, March 18, at 12:30 p.m. The only thing you will have to pay for is food - the transportation, hotel and game tickets are on Washington U. Hotel accommodations have been booked for Friday evening and a continental breakfast will be provided on Saturday morning.

Washington University takes on No. 7 ranked Illinois Wesleyan University on Friday at 7 p.m., followed by the championship (7 p.m.) or third-place game (4 p.m.) on Saturday. The bus back to Washington University will depart following Washington University’s game on Saturday, March 19.
