Assistant Coach, Women's Soccer
Entering her second season as an assistant women's soccer coach after a successful Washington University in St. Louis playing career is Emma Brown.
Brown, who ranks sixth in school history in assists (21), goals (30) and points (81), and ninth in game-winning goals (8), was a two-time NSCAA/Continental Tire all-Central Region and three-time University Athletic Association (UAA) selection.
She guided the Bears to a 61-21-7 overall record in her four seasons on the Danforth Campus, including a 19-6-2 mark in UAA play. Brown led Washington U. to three trips to the NCAA Tournament, including a Final Four appearance and second-place finish in 2009.
Brown was an NCAA All-Tournament Team selection in 2009, leading the conference in goals scored (15) and points (36). The 15 goals scored ranked fifth on the Washington U. single-season list, while the 36 points are eighth.
The St. Louis native graduated from Washington University in 2012 with a bachelor's degree in film and media studies.
